How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace number. This email is usually send just before or on the date of delivery.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping to EU-countries is always free of charge. This concerns a maximum of one address. Additional costs will be charged for shipping to multiple addresses.
For orders outside the EU, shipping costs are available on request.
Can I pick up my order?
If you would like to stop by at our office in Barneveld (The Netherlands) and collect your order, please get in touch with our colleagues to make an appointment.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, that's no problem. Please bear in mind that delivery might take a bit longer.
Orders within the EU are shipped free of charge. For orders outside the EU, shipping costs are available on request.
