How does returning work?
We regret that our products did not fully meet your expectations. We are happy to help resolve this for you!
Unprinted Products
Unprinted products can be returned within 14 days. You will, of course, receive a full refund.
Printed Products
Different rules apply for printed products, as they are made specifically for you based on the approved proof. The proof is the guiding document. If the printing does not match the approved proof, we will certainly resolve this!
If the printing matches the proof but still does not meet your expectations, we are happy to discuss the issue with you.
Samples
You do not need to return samples. If you place an order with us, we will deduct the sample cost from the invoice. The sample will then be free.
Fortunately, we rarely receive returns. Therefore, in all cases, the best solution is to call us at +31342 745 770 or contact us through another method.
I received the wrong items. What should I do?
Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can work on a solution.
The items are printed wrongly. What should I do?
The digital proof is always leading. In the unlikely event that the printing is different from the proof and the articles are therefore unusable, please contact us for a solution.
