Greengiving contributes to Water for Life

We believe it is important to be socially responsible as a company. This is why Greengiving has committed to Water for Life. The Water for Life Foundation was founded in 2004 as an intiative of Dutch drinking water companies, to give people in poor neighbourhoods in Africa and Asia access to drinking water and sanitation.

For all CSR projects done by Greengiving this year, the amount is earmarked for the Ambo project in Oromia, Ethiopia. With the help of Water for Life, 12.7 km of water pipes have been laid, 570 shared taps and 10 public water points installed. Thanks to these facilities, over 16,000 people now have access to tap water.
