In 1913, inventor William Stanley Jr. combined the concept of vacuum insulation and the strength of steel in a portable bottle. The result was an all-steel vacuum bottle that is still used daily by countless people today.

At Stanley, the sustainability is mainly in the materials used. The idea is that, thanks to those materials, the bottles never need to be replaced or thrown away. So they really are ‘built for life’. Since 2021, Stanley has not used plastic, but paper packaging materials.
